First Tee of Greater Lexington, a youth development organization dedicated to helping young people build character through the game of golf, is looking for coaches for its inaugural golf camps.
Instructors will receive a half-day professional development training and must be background checked; however, they do not need to have previous golf experience.
Camps take place in the Spring, Summer, and Fall of 2021 and coaches must be 21 years of age. Coaches are needed for Fayette, Bourbon, Clark, Jessamine, Madison, Scott, and Woodford Counties.
First Tee of Greater Lexington offers an opportunity to earn extra pay for weekday and weekend instructions during its camps and after school programs. First Tee will provide national curriculum and certification to each coach.
Interested coaches are invited to attend one of the following two training sessions:
- March 5, 2021 from 1 pm – 6 pm
- March 6, 2021 from 10 am – 3 pm
